01 — Our Agreement
These terms apply to all ZIKKUR products, services, templates, and interactions. By using our platform whether browsing, testing, building, or launching you agree to these terms. They outline how we operate, what we provide, and what we expect from users. These terms are valid worldwide unless a custom agreement is made in writing. We may update them from time to time to reflect changes in features, law, or platform structure. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance; otherwise, you may stop using ZIKKUR at any time.
02 — Access & Usage
Access to ZIKKUR may require registration, an account, or activation of a license depending on the service. Access is personal, non-exclusive, and intended for your own use or your team’s. Please do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of ZIKKUR. We reserve the right to limit or revoke access if rules are violated or security is compromised. Some features are self-service; others may require support from our team. We aim to make access smooth, fair, and secure.
03 — Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, templates, UI elements, and creative work in ZIKKUR remain our property unless stated otherwise. You are granted usage rights according to your plan or license, but ownership or resale is not included. For custom client projects, ownership is defined individually in writing. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve ZIKKUR without compensation. Clear ownership ensures transparency for all parties.
04 — Payments & Subscriptions
Prices are displayed clearly on our website or in custom offers. Payments for products, subscriptions, or licenses are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. If a payment fails, access may be paused until resolved. Users are responsible for applicable taxes. No hidden fees are charged. For billing issues, contact us and we’ll resolve them promptly. Our goal is a smooth, fair, and transparent payment process.
